Clinical supervision is offered to licensed master’s-level social workers (LMSW) and mental health counselors working toward advanced licensure or seeking to deepen their clinical skills. With 15+ years of post-graduate practice across multiple evidence-based modalities, Steve Antoine provides supervision grounded in clinical rigor, cultural humility, and real-world complexity.

Supervision sessions are structured around your caseload, learning goals, and areas for growth — including clinical formulation, cultural responsiveness, documentation, risk assessment, and practitioner self-care.

What to Expect

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, available individually or in small groups. Supervision documentation and evaluation letters for licensure boards are provided upon request. A written supervision agreement is issued at the outset of the supervisory relationship.
