1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Antoine LCSWS LLC grants the individual purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased workbook materials solely for personal clinical practice. This license is granted to the individual named at the time of purchase and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared.

2. Permitted Use

The purchaser may use the workbook materials to support clinical sessions with their own clients. The purchaser may print copies of the patient workbook for use with individual clients in their direct care. Digital copies may be stored on the purchaser’s personal devices for clinical use.

3. Restrictions

The purchaser may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share the materials with other practitioners, colleagues, or organizations
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer the materials to any third party
• Upload the materials to any shared platform, file-sharing service, or organizational server accessible by others
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings
• Use the materials to create derivative works for commercial distribution
• Represent the materials as their own original work

4. Institutional Licensing

Organizations, group practices, hospitals, or institutions wishing to use these materials across multiple practitioners must obtain a separate institutional license. Please contact steve@antoinelcsws.com for institutional licensing inquiries and pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including patient workbooks and clinician guides, are the original intellectual property of Antoine LCSWS LLC. The ANTOINE LCSWS™ name and logo are trademarks pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. All rights are reserved.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the downloadable files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact steve@antoinelcsws.com within 7 days of purchase.

7. Governing Law

These license terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of these materials shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia State.
